A full rebrand, a website, and a custom platform built to run sales, marketing, and client follow-up in one place.
Introduction
Triangle Real Estate Services is an established commercial and residential real estate firm serving Chapel Hill, NC. With a vision to stand out in a competitive market and build systems that could scale with them, TRES set out to refresh their brand, rebuild their website, and put a custom platform in place to run sales and marketing for the long term.
What We Did

01 — Branding
Branding
A full visual identity: a logo and a Midnight Green and Bold Lime Yellow palette, carried across every touchpoint, from business cards and email signatures to yard signs and property flyers.
02 — Website
Website
A fast, custom-coded website TRES owns, with a built-in CMS the team uses to update listings, photos, and content on their own. Service and location pages are built to rank, and a newsletter signup ties straight into the platform behind it.
03 — Custom Platform
Custom Platform
Instead of another off-the-shelf tool, TRES got custom software shaped to their exact workflow: follow-up for past residential and commercial clients, active deal tracking, email campaigns, and a built-in template and form builder, all branded as their own product down to the typeface.
The Result
TRES now runs contacts, active deals, and email campaigns from one platform they own. Every piece of day-to-day collateral, yard signs, flyers, business cards, email signatures, has a ready-made template built to the same brand standard. And the website gives them a clear view of who's showing up and what's driving results.
