Gold Hive is a partner and referral network built on accurate attribution and reliable payouts. With a vision to run tracking, onboarding, and billing hands-off as the network scaled, Gold Hive set out to build a custom platform with partner and admin portals, self-serve onboarding, and billing that connects straight into their accounting system for the long term.

Custom Platform & Integrations
We built the attribution backend first, a tracking script and webhook receiver that capture referrals as they happen, then layered partner and admin portals on top. Onboarding became a guided wizard, incoming partner data is cleaned automatically with AI field normalization, and billing and payouts connect directly into Odoo so finance stays in sync.
The Result
A working platform that tracks attribution end to end and runs partner billing automatically, replacing a manual process with a system that scales as the network grows.
